Membership

All members of the Tabimina Balintawak System Organization will be required to pay an annual membership fee of $50. This membership fee will allow the members to:

  1. Become a full-fledged member of Tabimina Balintawak System with their corresponding designations.
  2. Be able to train in the facility of his/her current location.
  3. Gain access to private sessions with a certified feeder.
  4. Train on any Tabimina Balintawak System facility in different countries.
  5. The member’s name will be posted on the website and will be marked as an active member.

We would like to emphasize that the Level 1 teaching of Tabimina Balintawak System is open to ALL. This means that every person who wishes to learn the Tabimina Balintawak System, regardless of his or her background, will be allowed to train and avoid discrimination.

All members who have failed to pay the membership fee will not be allowed to train.

Organizational Policies and Guidelines

This Organizational Policies and Guidelines was created to:

  1. Oversee the growth of the organization.
  2. Maintain strict quality control.
  3. To ensure that the certified feeders will hand down the teachings of Tabimina Balintawak System, according to the curriculum that was taught to them.

Chapter Head

The Chapter Heads of the Tabimina Balintawak System are hand picked by the Tabimina Balintawak System Board of Members based on key criteria and attributes but with emphasis on loyalty and skill level.

The Chapter Head’s obligations are the following:

  1. Oversee the growth and development of the area he/she is assigned.
  2. Develop Certified Feeders, Apprentice Feeders and student’s skill levels.
  3. Enforce strict adherence to the organizational policies and guidelines.
  4. Has the authority to remove any member in his designated area that fails to comply with the organizational policies and guidelines.
  5. Must ensure that certified feeders and apprentice feeders are updated and current with the yearly certification by the Quality Control Committee by either attending the Annual Gathering of the Wolves or by having a Master level or Grandmaster level come to their area of designation.
  6. Ensure that all members must pay the membership fee. The Chapter Head will be responsible for the collection of the membership fee and remit directly to Great Grandmaster Bobby Tabimina.

Certified Feeders

The certified feeders are the individuals who have passed and meet the requirements with the approval of the Quality Control Committee. These individuals must know how to teach the olisi, dulo-dulo, boxing, barehands and dumog. Each certified feeders will be assigned a corresponding rank according to their skill level.

The certified feeder’s obligations are the following:

  1. Follow the Chapter Head’s Lead and Commands.
  2. Develop Apprentice Feeders and student’s skill level.
  3. Authorized to do private sessions with a student.
  4. Required to have at least a minimum of 2 Apprentice feeders under his tutelage.
  5. Must be updated with their yearly certification.

Apprentice Feeders

The apprentice feeders are the individuals who have the potential of becoming a certified feeder. The apprentice feeder’s obligations are the following:

  1. Follow the Chapter Head and Certified Feeder’s instructions.
  2. Required to have at least a minimum of 2 students under his tutelage.
  3. Must be updated with their yearly certification.

Students

These are the rules and regulations that the student must adhere:

  1. Must pay the annual membership fee.
  2. Must adhere to their local policies and guidelines.
  3. Conduct appropriate behavior at all times, showing utmost respect to the apprentice feeders, certified feeders, Masters, Grandmaster and Great Grandmaster.

How to become an Apprentice Feeder?

An apprentice feeder can now be promoted by the Certified Feeder but will still be checked by the Quality Control Committee via personal training or by video conference to ensure that the minimum standard required as an apprentice feeder has been fully met. The standard procedures are as follows:

  1. Certified Feeders will recommend a student who has the potential to become an apprentice feeder.
  2. The Chapter Head must check the student through private sessions and must agree to the Certified Feeder’s recommendation.
  3. Once approval has been acquired from the Chapter Head, the student must then acquire the certification by personal training or video conference with the Quality Control Committee or with Grandmaster Flint Tabimina.

How to become a Certified Feeder?

Great Grandmaster Bobby Tabimina and Grandmaster Flint Tabimina will be responsible for all the promotions and ranks with the endorsement by the Quality Control Committee.

  1. Each candidate for Certified Feeders must spend a minimum of 10 hours with Great Grandmaster Bobby Tabimina and Grandmaster Flint Tabimina respectively, to allow proper installation of motor skills required to become a full pledged certified feeder according to Great Grandmaster Venancio ‘Anciong’ Bacon’s standards or what Great Grandmaster Bobby Tabimina calls Station A Stimulus. It is up to the candidate how he will acquire the required number of hours of training with the Great Grandmaster.
  2. Each candidate for Certified Feeders must be checked by the members of the Quality Control Committee.
  3. The student must pass the certification, which will be implemented, at the end of the Annual Gathering of the Wolves. A Certified Feeder can ONLY be promoted during the Annual Gathering of the Wolves.

Who are the Quality Control Committee?

The members of the Quality Control Committee are members of Tabimina Balintawak entrusted by Great Grandmaster Bobby Tabimina and who are able to pass the art in its entirety:

  1. Master Chad Tabimina
  2. Master Dag Tabimina
  3. Master Jojo Ygay

Re-certifications

Chapter Heads and Certified Feeders must undergo a yearly re-certification. They can only be re-certified by either attending the Annual Gathering of the Wolves re-certification program or by having a Master, Grandmaster or Great Grandmaster Level come to their area of designation.

Requesting for seminars

All members or non-members who would like to request for a seminar should submit a letter of intent to Grandmaster Flint Tabimina and copy furnished to Great Grandmaster Bobby Tabimina. Our Great Grandmaster and Grandmaster should know all the activities governing the organization.
